Altimeter, Czech, L-29 Delfin Jet Trainer N62187

Here is an Altimeter as removed from the Aero L-29 Delfin (Dolphin) Jet Trainer aircraft N62187 (built in 1966) in August 2000 per its yellow tag indicating its serviceability. 

Originally used by the Czechoslovakian Air Force, now currently the aircraft is in the US and reported as airworthy as of the date of this entry. See the N62187 L-29 here. Likely this version of Altimeter was also used in aircraft of the USSR, or it was sourced there, since it has Russian Cyrillic lettering on its face, but this has not yet been confirmed.
